1: download the windows iso please make sure that you have the iso of your windows

3: now restart your laptop

5: Now click on install now and repair your computer
6: And now select advance settings and open command prompt
Now type these commands:
c:(press enter)
cd windows(press enter)
cd system32(press enter)
copy utilman.exe utilman1.exe(press enter)
copy cmd.exe cmd1.exe(press enter)
del utilman.exe(press enter)
rename cmd.exe utilman.exe(press enter)
exit(press enter)
now restart your computer
Now you can see the clock type button click on it and type this command:
control userpasswords2
By typing this you can see the window of reset the password now you can reset password and unlock your pc.
